Well, to clarify thoughts, nothing like the obvious metaphor of cleaning the room. Loud music, a good incense of sandalwood and I started with the window. A good view of the world outside, guarantees you a good vision of the inside world. After taking the dust of the darkest places (both in the room and soul), I cleaned the floor to tread on clear and bright paths. And finally, I changed the sheets of my bed to have a rejuvenating and inspiring night's sleep.
All done I decided that in order to reprogram my brain, I'll also need a good read, which came in handy this gift that my friend from the soul gave me at the weekend "O vendedor de sonhos", from a Brazilian psychologist and writer Augusto Cury. It is a book that tells the history of a guy that sells dreams to people who thinks that being anxious, depressed and lonely is right in nowadays society. I'm loving it. It is open my season of dream's sale.
